Design of website for research panel

Design for a community website that never saw the light of day for a number of reasons.

Although I did do the subsequent design and build of the website for this project, this design didn't make the cut. I still quite liked it though, even though it is a bit rough around the edges I thought it was worth sharing. Please note that the logo has been blurred to protect the innocent.
